::While I am not Waggers (despite the somewhat similar username), I did interact with InternTK on the IRC help channel. I would recommend that the best option here is to have a rename, which is what I suggested to them when I chatted with them. I don't think there's any ill intent here with the username, nor do I think it's actually a shared username, but our username policy states that a username should not "...imply the likelihood of shared use", which this does in my eyes.
