{{user|Fram}} is a very experienced editor and requested me to restore Ponni Concessao to draft:Ponni Concessao. I have unblocked you. I accept that creating two accounts was the act of an innocent newbie. I accept that you probably own the copyright for :File:Ponni.jpg - it is of high resolution and has the EXIF metadata still in place. CoI and paid editing are very strongly deprecated but not actually forbidden. • Velanatti, I don't know if you're following all this, but I want to apologize to you for the confusion on the part of the Wikipedia "administration" for the unblocking and then reblocking that has taken place here. Regardless of whether you remain blocked, you shouldn't be yanked around like this. Briefly, I am a CheckUser. When I blocked you as a sock, I made the block a "checkuser" block. Pursuant to policy, you could only be unblocked with my consent or by another CheckUser. RHaworth is not a CheckUser; when he unblocked you, he violated policy, which is why your block was reinstated.--Bbb23 (talk) 16:12, 18 December 2019 (UTC)

Regarding your uploads to Commons. Some pedant is liable to point out that a) the uploader is not Ponni herself and b) that even if the uploader were Ponni, she does not necessarily own the copyright to a picture of herself. To regularise the situation, I suggest you get Ponni to jump through the hoops described here and make it clear that she, or her company, holds the copyright and releases the images under the relevant CC licence. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 11:12, 19 December 2019 (UTC)
