The Krieble Foundation's main policy focus is immigration reform for the United States. Specifically, they have proposed a "Red Card Solution" that allows for an uncapped guest worker program in the United States.{{cite web|url=http://www.krieble.org/policy|title = The Red Card Solution: Temporary Workers and Border Security|publisher = Vernon K. =Reception after endorsement by Newt Gingrich=
The Red Card Solution was endorsed by Republican presidential primary candidate Newt Gingrich in November 2011 in the run-up to the 2012 Republican presidential primaries.{{cite magazine|url=http://www.nationalreview.com/articles/284049/gingrich-and-red-card-katrina-trinko|title = Gingrich and the Red Card.
