Viktor Mikhailovich Shustikov ({{langx|ru|Виктор Михайлович Шустиков}}; born 28 January 1939) is a Russian former footballer who played as a defender. He is the father of Sergei Shustikov and the grandfather of Sergei Shustikov Jr.

International career

Shustikov earned eight caps for the USSR national team, and participated in the 1964 European Nations' Cup, where the Soviets were the runners-up.
