Vinkivtsi Raion ({{langx|uk|Віньковецький район}}, {{lang|uk-Latn|Vin'kovets'kyi raion}}) was one of the 20 administrative raions (a district) of Khmelnytskyi Oblast in western Ukraine. Its administrative center was located in the urban-type settlement of Vinkivtsi.
