Vordermann's flying squirrel (Petinomys vordermanni) is a species of rodent in the family Sciuridae. It is found in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Myanmar. It was described in 1890 by the Dutch zoologist Fredericus Anna Jentink,{{Cite journal|last=Jentink|first=F. A.|s2cid=131033101|date=1890|title=On a collection of mammals from Billiton|journal=Notes from the Leyden Museum|language=en|volume=12|issue=1-2|pages=149-154|url=https://www.biodiversitylibrary.org/page/9644946}} who named it after its discoverer, the Dutch physician Adolphe Vorderman.
