I presume that these are train cars or electric bus cars (streetcars ?)... however there's very little context to identify them. I'd suggest the content be merged into the Winnipeg Transit or New Flyer article, if appropriate, but this article title makes no sense as a redirect. Moreover, I suspect that it's a table of individual cars because it lists a VIN number entry. This is overwhelmingly specific and makes me wonder about WP:INDISCRIMINATE. If there is a way to merge this content into an appropriate article I'm ok with that, but this as a standalone is a delete and it has no business as a redirect.   • Delete. While there is enough context to establish that this is probably intended to be a list of buses, there is no indication of notability. I can see the potential for an article about the history of the vehicle types used by Winnipeg Transit, we don't (afaics) have such an article and this contains so little content that it wouldn't be any use to start such an article (or even merge to one if we did have).
