Renominating as the last discussion failed to reach a consensus. The rationale is the same as before; apparently, the human chain was actually just one part of a larger political movement, so if that movement had its own article, I would not be opposing this being merged there. • Strong Keep - WP:GEOBIAS. If a protest of this scale occurred in the United States (given that a woman who refuses to marry same-sex couples gets her own controversy article AND BLP), a deletion nom would be treated as satire. Very sad editors are so determined to remove such notable events from Wikipedia and reduce coverage of the non-English speaking world rather than working to assist. Received fair coverage.
