Sporting event with no in-depth coverage. One ref no longer mentions the event (although it appears to have once mentioned it) and the other is a bare listing of results. No notable competitors. PROD removed without improvement. Stuartyeates (talk) 22:50, 8 January 2017 (UTC)

• Comment It looks like there are identical articles for 2006 through the upcoming 2017 tournaments. I can't find much evidence these meet WP:SPORTSEVENT (which I think are the relevant notability criteria), unless these count as a final match determining champion of a top league? Perhaps someone with more familiarity with the topic could find sources indicating the tournaments are notable. If not, I'd support merging all the annual tournament pages to Auckland Open (darts). • Comment Page creator here. I'm obviously biased, so I won't vote. I've made pages for BDO Category D and WDF Category 3 tournaments for quite a while now, this includes Auckland Open, but I can see how the tournaments themselves may not be notable enough to deserve individual pages. I'd wish someone had told me to stop earlier though. Other pages that might also require deletion: Apatin Open, Iceland Open, Malta Open and possibly Turkish Open (Category 3 WDF, Category A BDO). • Rather Weak Keep | Very Weak Delete | Merge into Auckland Open (darts) - It appears that pages for the tournaments from 2006 to 2017 have been created. I think that, if there should be a afd discussion for this, it should be for all of the tournaments; it's no point having some articles on the same level of a topic but not others as per {{u|Unscintillating}}. If there is a afd discussion for all of the tournaments (minus this one) I will put further input there. J947 02:36, 10 January 2017 (UTC)
