There would need to be something ground-breaking for this to justify its own article. Clearly not covered by WP:NSEASONS and fails WP:GNG. If anything notable did happen this season, it can be covered in the main article in one or two sentences (the FC UTA Arad is not so long that that would be a problem). Essentially, this article is an (incomplete) collection of statistics on a season that does not meet notability guidelines on its own; Wikipedia is not an indiscriminate collection of information.
