Article is pure original research--a novel mathematical theory. As far as I can tell it was created by a high school student, and has never been published. Wikipedia does not allow the publishing of original work per WP:OR. Qwyrxian (talk) 14:54, 12 January 2011 (UTC)
The results of this theorem are easily verifiable. In a matter of minutes it can be confirmed that there are no errors. This article was published, although not in this exact form, in the magazine Prime. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Abadistheorem (talk • contribs) 14:56, 12 January 2011 (UTC)
:First, "original research" has nothing to do with whether or not something is correct--it's whether or not the information has been published in a reliable source. Can you please provide more information about the publication? What type of publication is that? Is it a peer reviewd publication? What is the exact date of publishing, along with other info like volume and number of publication? In addition, even if we can verify that this is not original research, then we'll need to demonstrate that this topic meets our requirements for notability--to do so, you'll need to show that this theorem has been discussed by other mathematicians and found to be useful and important in the field. So then the question is when and where was this theorem cited and discussed? Qwyrxian (talk) 15:04, 12 January 2011 (UTC)

- Strong Delete per lack of reliable sources and obvious WP:COI. Update: Upgraded to strong delete based on the below: schoolkid joke/hoax. Andrew Lenahan - Starblind 17:30, 12 January 2011 (UTC)
- Delete WP:HOAX, mystery solved. Looks like a little bit of mathematics whimsy by the students in Mr. Worrall's class at the Horace Mann School, going by earlier drafts of the article [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Abadi's_first_theorem&diff=prev&oldid=407474673]. - "'Strong Endorse.'" I have read through the theorem and can attest to its truth and authenticity. I have also read Nathan Altshiller-Court's "College Geometry," a world-renowned geometry book, and have taken advanced geometry, and each statement of the proof is correct. It should therefore be kept. 16:13, 15 January 2011.
