Fails WP:BIO. The common name make searching harder (e.g. a police chief in the same region with the same name), but as far as I can tell, he is mentioned once at his "appointment" (not an officially recognised function), and cited once for one line a few months later. This is not sufficient information to consider the subject notable and to base an article on. Fram (talk) 15:16, 14 December 2010 (UTC)

- A request -- I request a relisting, rather than closure, as the sheer volume of recent {{tl|xfd}} has left me without enough time to respond to this one. Geo Swan (talk) 12:24, 20 December 2010 (UTC)

- Delete - lacks significant independent coverage in reliable sources and therefore fails the notability guidelines in WP:MILMOS/N. Anotherclown (talk) 11:55, 22 December 2010 (UTC)
