Repeatedly recreated from redirect with zero citations to secondary sources. I was unable to find anything relevant online; my ability to search in Arabic is limited, but I did search for his {{tq|"عبدالله محمود" "السيلية "}} and didn't turn up anything other than database entries. Deletion actually seems better than redirection, as this is a fairly common name if an idiosyncratic romanization. _signed, Rosguill ^talk 20:40, 4 June 2023 (UTC)
