Fails to meet WP:CREATIVE. I made some search and could find a few local exhibitions [http://unit4.tumblr.com/post/38192003/creativity-inspired-by-dystopia-by-matty-airey] or [http://www.swindon-college.ac.uk/news/art-and-poetry-exhibition-may-1-31-2010], but no press coverage nor any evidence of the artist being represented in museums.
