Notability concerns for this award - I find no references about the award ceremony itself, merely the press-release style announcement and mentions of several different but similarly-named awards. This is the same award. Some countries have their editions e.g. the [https://africadigitalawards.com/ "Ghana edition, which is also the maiden event of the Africa Digital Awards"], Nigeria edition, etc. A slightly similar format to Eurovision Song Contest.
