A third article about an organisation lead by the same person and written by the same editor, and with the same issues. See Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/African Ornamental Breeders Association and Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Nutrecul Agroforestry Project for the other two. This one is basically unsourced (neither source mentions the organisation) and I can't find any reliable sources which give significant attention to this one either. - Delete: Hard to even confirm this group exists, with nothing in Gscholar, Books or Jstor.
