Delete. Very low citability of his work (see GoogleScholar search[http://scholar.google.com/scholar?hl=en&source=hp&q=%22Afshin%20Shafiee%22&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&tab=ws]; the first hit there appears to be a false positive, a medical article; the physics papers have citation hits in low single digits), nothing else in the record to indicate passing WP:PROF.
