Delete. Does not pass WP:PROF. After a bit of searching I found his webpage[http://faculty.ksu.edu.sa/75164/default.aspx]. An Assistant professor, with a recent PhD (2004); at this career stage academics are usually not notable. GoogleScholar and GoogleBooks searching does not show significant citability of his papers.
