Lacks notability. Very few reliable, independent sources, and those mention him in passing.[https://www.google.be/search?q=%22Ahmed+Bullock%22&hl=en&tbm=bks&ei=9S4BYfD-FMaDsAeFgIq4Ag&oq=%22Ahmed+Bullock%22&gs_l=psy-ab.3...2196.3810.0.4597.4.3.1.0.0.0.78.191.3.3.0....0...1c.1.64.psy-ab..0.0.0....0.ryxZ27ZXdl0][https://www.google.be/search?q=%22Ahmed+Bullock%22&hl=en&ei=jC8BYffqJ86Ai-gPyIaYuAQ&start=70&sa=N&ved=2ahUKEwj34K--xYXyAhVOwAIHHUgDBkcQ8tMDegQIARBJ&biw=1536&bih=754] (Oh, and obviously not 19th-century). ::I think that "first English Imam of Oxford" certainly makes them notable.
::(Oh, and obviously not 19th-century) -- clearly an error, but hey, it's a Wiki, feel free to fix it. --Masssly (talk) 11:00, 28 July 2021 (UTC)
:::Well, as long as reliable sources don't think that that is a notable claim, then it doesn't matter what you or I think. For me it's trivia, for you it's notable, neither are of any importance in an AfD. Fram (talk) 11:41, 28 July 2021 (UTC)

- Delete being the first head of a mosque in a particular city is not at all close to being a sign of notability.John Pack Lambert (talk) 17:14, 5 August 2021 (UTC)

- Delete, the only coverage I could find of him that might possibly be SIGCOV was [https://aboutislam.net/muslim-issues/europe/remembrance-oxfords-first-imam/ this article], but I could find no indication that that website has an editorial team. I do not think "first Imam of Oxford" is a position which passes any particular SNG. Devonian Wombat (talk) 09:45, 13 August 2021 (UTC)
