Here's his [http://www.google.com/search?tbs=bks:1&tbo=p&q=+inauthor:%22Albert+S.+Lindemann%22 Google books] listing, [http://scholar.google.com/scholar?start=0&q=inauthor:%22Albert+S.+Lindemann%22&hl=en&as_sdt=400000 google scholar].
