Not notable per WP:POLITICIAN. Per WP:OUTCOMES for unelected candidates, redirect to Progressive Conservative Party candidates, 2003 Ontario provincial election. Note that a by-election in February 2007 is a subtopic of the 2003 election, not the 2007 election, because it pertained and applied to the legislature that was elected in 2003, not the one that was elected eight months later in 2007.
