Repeatedly created page about a fraternity with a rather weak assertion of notability. Delete unless someone can attest to the subject's actual notability.  Blanchardb -MeMyEarsMyMouth- timed 17:21, 29 December 2008 (UTC)

  • Delete. Looked over the article and did a search on Google; couldn't really find any established notability. --Amwestover (talk|contrib) 17:53, 29 December 2008 (UTC)
  • Delete nothing to show why this is notable, and the creator identifies himself by name on his userpage, then names himself as one of the founders of the fraternity. WP:COI and WP:PROMOTION. The fact this article has been speedy deleted and recreated six times in the last year[http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Log&page=Alpha_Theta_Sigma] implies that consensus is that this group is not notable. --Terrillja talk 18:11, 29 December 2008 (UTC)

::*Local chapters of fraternaties are unlikely to be notable, but I beg to differ with your assessment specifically. COI and PROMOTION are not a valid reason for deletion if it can be edited and six speedy deletions merely means a couple of administrator's agree on the notability. That's not a concensus. - Mgm|(talk) 22:57, 29 December 2008 (UTC)
