As written, this fails WP:GNG. I cannot find any good sources, but maybe they are in non-English language. Ex I found [http://www.kulturaldia.com/arte/amara-primer-barrio-wikipedia/], but I cannot judge how reliable and on-topic it is. Any comments appreciated. - Keep Covered in Basque-language magazines Kulturaldia (ref above and [http://www.kulturaldia.com/eu/artea/amara-munduko-lehen-wikipedia-auzoa/ here]) and Argia ([http://www.argia.eus/albistea/amarapedia-maiatzaren-30ean-amara-wikipedian-sartzeko-ekimena here]), and mentioned in the page about the city-wide Donostiapedia project on the [http://dss2016.eu/en/voices/donostiapedia Capital of Culture] website. In Spanish, substantial piece [http://www.diariovasco.com/culturas/201511/01/parte-premio-princesa-asturias-20151025004108-v.html] in the regional paper El Diario Vasco, and a brief mention in El Pais [http://ccaa.elpais.com/ccaa/2015/05/11/paisvasco/1431355048_472688.html here] (national newspaper).
