Fails WP:NORG as there is no qualifying RS covering this organization per a WP:BEFORE (also noting that there's been a notability tag on the article for 11 years). - Merge to Washington Report on Middle East Affairs as an ATD. It's almost certainly possible to find SIRS sources for this 40-year old influential organization, but a lot of them are going to be in paper/archives, and WP:NOPAGE probably suffices here due to their primary focus. —siroχo 06:49, 23 September 2023 (UTC)
