The result was speedy delete. WP:SNOW - Clear case of WP:BLP1E. If the event becomes notable beyond just this one news story, then this should be revisited. EvergreenFir (talk) 23:28, 26 May 2020 (UTC)

Although there are sources for this person and the event that they were involved in recently, I don't believe this person is notable enough for an article about them. It also appears to me to be a problem with "People notable for only one event", and "Wikipedia is not a newspaper". Especially note (at WP:BLP1E): {{tq|q=yes|We generally should avoid having an article on a person ... If reliable sources cover the person only in the context of a single event ... If that person otherwise remains, and is likely to remain, a low-profile individual.}} Seagull123 Φ 19:54, 26 May 2020 (UTC)

  • Delete - No notability. --John B123 (talk) 20:01, 26 May 2020 (UTC)
  • Delete clear cut case of BLP1E. SpicyMilkBoy (talk) 22:00, 26 May 2020 (UTC)
  • Delete The policies of the site and behavior of the dominant culture don't support the merit of an Amy Cooper Wikipedia page based on lack of notability. This site doesn't include dedicated pages for more notable assailants that also leveraged systemic or cultural racism as blunt instruments like Carolyn Bryant. Amy Cooper's incident is inline with the status quo. The article should be reframed to call out the time and place has the headline for cultural significance. Hewston Astro (talk) 22:00, 26 May 2020 (UTC)
  • Delete BLP1E. If her actions and their aftermath get continuing coverage, there could be redirect from her name to an article about the event. HouseOfChange (talk) 22:30, 26 May 2020 (UTC)
