Failure of WP:GNG. Some coverage [https://dailyutahchronicle.com/2002/02/13/kofoed-drafted-by-pro-soccer-team/ here] and [https://www.deseret.com/2002/2/13/19637215/utes-kofoed-picked-in-wusa-draft-s-4th-round here], but not enough significant coverage, and it was WP:ROUTINE declaring that she had been drafted as well. Every college player is not notable because they have some local news about them, and this is a case of that. Nothing to be found about her professional career.
