Non-notable concept. The creator of this article even says that this theorem is "first appearing publicly in this Wikipedia article." None of the speedy deletion criteria can be applied to this article, so I've brought this article to AfD. Cunard (talk) 22:32, 30 January 2009 (UTC)

Delete. I can't think of any obvious criterion under which this could be speedied (I respectfully disagree with the contention that it's spam, and WP:BOLLOCKS, although appropriate, isn't a speedy criterion), but I certainly agree that there's no place for it here.
