Interim comment: the article appears to be [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Raj_Bhavan_(West_Bengal)&diff=279302848&oldid=274768700 spam-related]. However, there is at least something ([http://www.telegraphindia.com/1080622/jsp/calcutta/story_9443441.jsp newspaper website article]) to the claims for this chap. -- Hoary (talk) 04:19, 24 March 2009 (UTC)
Weak Delete While there is [http://www.telegraphindia.com/1080622/jsp/calcutta/story_9443441.jsp a source] that shows that the subject is an amateur photographer whose book was released by some dignitaries (arguably because the subject of the book was the Governor's mansion, rather than notability of the photographer), the available sources do not satisfy the standards of WP:BIO or WP:CREATIVE.
