Definitive fail of WP:BLP1E. This article was longer, with lots of details about a crime for which this person was convicted and then exonerated. Even in the longer version it would have been 1E. Nomoskedasticity (talk) 13:09, 5 June 2012 (UTC)

- Delete per WP:PERP. The story that people want to know is with Paul Bernardo and this subject is briefly mentioned there with appropriate weight. A fork is not necessary. Location (talk) 14:11, 5 June 2012 (UTC)
- Strong delete - per WP:BLP1E; WP:CRIME and WP:PERP etc. ukexpat (talk) 15:44, 5 June 2012 (UTC)
- Delete per Location's succinct reasoning above. Jezebel'sPonyobons mots 16:44, 5 June 2012 (UTC)

- Delete per WP:BLP1E. BTW, it concerns me to see WP:PERP being cited, not because it doesn't apply in theory, but because the subject clearly wasn't the perpetrator; it seems like there needs to be something specific for those who are wrongly convicted. I think I'll drop a note at the talkpage. --Slp1 (talk) 21:40, 10 June 2012 (UTC)
