as sad as his death is, it doesn't meet WP:VICTIM and he falls under WP:ONEVENT. :Keep - as the BBC references already in the article indicate, the death of Arash Ghorbani-Zarin and the trial of his girl-friend's family was a very prominent case that highlighted concern in the UK over the issue of honour killings in the context of social debate over integration and multiculturalism. There was extensive coverage in the UK media (BBC, Times, Guardian, Telegraph, all in the first couple of dozen hits). • Move/Rename to Murder of Arash Ghorbani-Zarin. The article is focused on the murder, not a biography, and does seem to me to be a one event biography. However I think there is enough coverage to establish significance of the murder, so think an article on the murder is appropriate. Davewild (talk) 18:53, 9 January 2011 (UTC)
