The only thing I can find is [https://suspilne.media/chernihiv/760147-a-vdoma-istoria-nacgvardijca-z-caes-artema-lutcenka-akij-shud-na-24-kg-hoce-ditej-ta-pragne-obvincatisa-z-druzinou/ this], which is about (maybe?) him as a national guardsman and mentions exactly nothing about his football career—indeed, it's not entirely clear that this is even the same guy as the footballer.   • Delete - I can't find any SIGCOV. I think that the National Guard person is a different person even though both are from Chernihiv. [https://ua.tribuna.com/uk/blogs/fcchernigiv/2987570/ Tribuna] and [https://suspilne.media/chernihiv/180537-fk-cernigiv-vdoma-peregrav-kiivskij-rubikon/ Suspilne] don't even mention Lutchenko while [http://chernigiv.ua/lutchenko-nasha-zadacha-podgotovit-rebyat-ko-vtoroj-lige/ Chernigiv] and [https://fcsevastopol.ru/news/1299.html FC Sevastopol] are not independent or reliable.
