Given the issues of different romanisations, my own lack of bengali/assamese knowledge and the lackluster coverage of NE India in mainstream press, I'm willing to vote keep for now based on these indicators. (More so when similar articles on South India celebs have been kept on similar sourcing; which, to be clear, is not an WP:OSE argument, it's a same-standards-for-all argument.)
