Prod removed without explanation, so off to AfD we go. Subject is, I maintain, not notable. There are no sources provided with the article; Advincula is a somewhat common name and I can't find anything on this one. Highest position he seems to have held was city councilman--that's not enough, I don't think, for automatic notability. Deletion of this article will also spare some editor the effort of plucking this richly plumed peacock. Drmies (talk) 04:57, 14 April 2010 (UTC)
