In my view, if we can verify, at least with an independent source, that ARS is a political party, this article is not eligible for deletion because it could be merged and redirected to List of political parties in Croatia. It is included in what looks like a list of political parties in volume 37 of the [https://books.google.com.ng/books?id=D0aFAAAAIAAJ&q=%22Autonomna+regionalna+stranka%22 Statistical Yearbook of the Republic of Croatia], Zavod, 2005. Merge No doubt the party existed and had local representation (see e.g. [http://www.pgz.hr/Zupanijski_ustroj/Skupstina/Politicke_stranke this] {{In lang|hr}}), but not much more in terms of WP:GNG, so a redirect to List of political parties in Croatia would be in order. GregorB (talk) 11:33, 25 January 2015 (UTC)
Keep if it has local representation it's notable. We normally tend to be very inclusive for political parties to avoid the possibility of bias. and especially to avoid Cultural bias in areas where we have few accessible sources . DGG ( talk ) 06:47, 31 January 2015 (UTC)
