This article has been pretty much stagnant since 2011 and has one reference. Attempts to find more references to support the notability of the organization weren't successful. There are plenty of sources as in the ELs section saying so-and-so won an award, but nothing saying why the award itself is notable. The Awards and Recognition Association Sportsmanship Award is mentioned often, and there is one NYT article in the ELs, but really need a deletion debate to determine how this impinges on the org.
