Delete As a composer or singer he is clearly non notable. He has published some books on Iranian ethnic music, none of them are influential on the field. Isn't member of a prestigious society. Fails WP:NACADEMIC. (Also noted that, contrary to what the article claims, those books are not published by Iran's Academy of Art Press but by a publishing house affiliated to the Academy.)Farhikht (talk) 17:53, 14 September 2019 (UTC)
