Completely fails to meet WP:BIO as there is zero substantial coverage in RS. The claimed LAT article is in fact [http://web.archive.org/web/20140317101215/http://www.beverlyhillstimesmagazine.com/2010/12/29/man-on-a-mission-crusader-for-change-beverly-hills-orthopedic-surgeon-drraj/ an advertorial] in Beverly Hills Times Magazine.
