Delete I can't find any significant coverage in independent, reliable sources when searching his name in English or Russian. Doesn't appear to meet WP:AUTHOR either. Sarahj2107 (talk) 14:01, 19 October 2016 (UTC)
Delete. What. The. Hell? This badly fails every guideline including the general one. There's no evidence this author is notable. BLPs require every statement of fact to be well-sourced with significant coverage, and this is severely lacking. We are a charity, not a web host for any rando pushing an agenda for profit.
