Keep Please excuse me, this article was a bit of a mess in its original form and it was difficult to understand. I see now that he did win a PGA event in Argentina on the basis of which it passes NGOLF. Withdraw as nom. DarjeelingTea (talk) 03:38, 13 April 2017 (UTC)
