Person is not notable; no substantial coverage in reliable sources. Going through the sources cited on the page (as of now):

  • The source [http://www.kauffman.org/newsroom/global-student-entrepreneur-awards-announce-top-students-slated-to-compete-at-2009-global-finals here] has a dead link, and appears to be some kind of press release
  • The [http://www.unleashingideas.com/blog/gsea-announces-finalists-22-countries next source] is similar, and redirects to a page on window blinds (?)
  • [http://www.seattleite.com/we-heart-hot-geek-brayden-olson/ This article] is also a broken link, and seems to be from some kind of blog
  • [http://www.bellevuechamber.org/eba.html This page] has again been deleted, and seems like some kind of bio page or other primary source
  • [http://fortune.com/2011/07/20/brainstorm-tech-startup-idol-and-the-winner-is/ This Fortune article] is reliable, but mentions Olson only once, and includes no information beyond name and job title
  • [http://www.mmorpg.com/gamelist.cfm/game/571/Empire-State.html This gaming page] doesn't mention Olson at all
  • [http://www.bizjournals.com/seattle/blog/techflash/2011/01/former-big-fish-vp-joined-novel.html This magazine article] (?) again doesn't mention Olson at all
  • [http://www.mmorpg.com/gamelist.cfm/game/571/feature/4967 This] gaming site interview, again, doesn't mention Olson
  • [http://seattlebusinessmag.com/blog/uw-business-school-ties-game-maker This] Seattle Business article is brief, mentions Olson only once, and again includes no information beyond name and title
  • [http://www.xconomy.com/seattle/2010/12/15/with-uw-partnership-novel-moves-a-step-closer-to-%E2%80%9Cthe-matrix%E2%80%9D-for-businesses/ This] Xconomy article doesn't discuss Olson himself; he's mentioned, but appears to only be acting as a company spokesperson
  • [http://www.xconomy.com/seattle/2010/06/10/novel-backed-by-vancouver-vcs-uses-gaming-tech-to-create-multiplayer-business-simulations/ This] other Xconomy article actually does talk about Olson, but it's fairly marginal - there's only a paragraph or two, it feels heavily self-promotional, and Xconomy is probably of marginal reliability
  • [http://www.huffingtonpost.com/danny-wong/the-30-most-underrated-in_b_810269.html This] Huffington Post Article, again, doesn't mention Olson at all

There are plenty of other "sources" that discuss Olson - eg. [http://news.softpedia.com/news/Seattle-Millionaire-Brayden-Olson-Is-the-Real-Life-Christian-Grey-Business-Insider-473864.shtml here], [http://girlpowerhour.com/celebbuzz-seattles-top-ten-most-eligible-bachelors/ here], or [http://www.komonews.com/seattlerefined/lifestyle/50-Shades-of-Brayden-Olsen-Seattles-Own--Christian-Grey-287546111.html here] - but they're primary sources, not reliable (eg. unknown blogs), not independent of Olson, or all three. Business Insider wrote an [http://www.businessinsider.com/brayden-olson-real-christian-grey-2015-2 article] about how Olson is "the real-life Christian Grey", but they freely admit they didn't do any fact-checking, and are essentially just re-printing whatever Olson told them. There appears to be a lot of self-promotion in these "sources" - eg. the Xconomy article says that Olson "has gotten national press", but their links point to a [http://www.bloomberg.com/bw/stories/2007-10-22/where-have-all-the-leaders-gone-part-iii-businessweek-business-news-stock-market-and-financial-advice Bloomberg] article that mentions Olson only once and in passing, and a New York Times blog [http://boss.blogs.nytimes.com/2010/01/15/when-main-st-beats-high-tech/ post] (not the New York Times itself) which again gives almost no information on Olson himself. • Delete The fact that the only workable secondary source that is independent is the Business Insider article that leads with "We don't know if this really happened", I would say we have absolutely nothing of note.John Pack Lambert (talk) 06:28, 12 December 2015 (UTC)

  • Delete for now at best and draft and userfy if needed as my searches found several articles including from this year at News and browsers but perhaps simply nothing for a better notable article, the current sourcing is simply some coverage here and there.
