Unnecessary article that doesn't expand on information already covered in other articles. ProtobowlAddict uwu! (talk | contributions) 20:40, 25 March 2025 (UTC)

:I beleave my recent changes to the page add new information that are not on other pages and also improve the article, becouse of that I am against to the deletion of the article Haddad Maia fan (talk) 21:34, 25 March 2025 (UTC)
- Delete. Unnecessary content fork. All of the information can be included in Tennis at the 2020 Summer Olympics – Women's doubles or either of the two players’ articles. I oppose a redirect to any of these because Brazil's First Olympic Medal in Tennis is a very unlikely search term. Frank Anchor 22:05, 25 March 2025 (UTC)
- Delete – Fails as WP:SPINOFF, the event itself is already notable and information about the tennis players' performance should be in Brazil at the 2020 Summer Olympics#Summary. And note that the article appears to have been created by a WP:SPA. Svartner (talk) 23:38, 25 March 2025 (UTC)
- :The creator is hardly a SPA - they seem to edit a wide range of tennis articles, not a "very narrow area". PamD 08:34, 26 March 2025 (UTC)
- Comment. The topic is patently non-notable. However, sourced information should be merged into the two biographies. For instance, the section Laura Pigossi#2020–2021: Olympics debut and historic bronze medal is thin. Geschichte (talk) 08:12, 26 March 2025 (UTC)
- Delete as unnecessary, but include some content about this milestone, sourced, in Sport in Brazil#Tennis. PamD 08:37, 26 March 2025 (UTC)
- Delete per nom. As others have mentioned, the content can be integrated in other articles. A redirect would not make sense. Paprikaiser (talk) 21:04, 29 March 2025 (UTC)
