Redirect to Edmonton municipal election, 2010#Ward 7. WP:POLITICIAN requires redirecting candidates to the election page as a "general rule". I see no reason to depart from the general rule here: the candidate fails WP:POLITICIAN and the coverage of the candidate is not significant despite the multiplicity of sources cited in the article. Additionally, the guy might win, and his name is a viable search term, so a redirect for possible restoration later.--Mkativerata (talk) 19:17, 20 March 2010 (UTC)
