Comment. Wow, I googled this and found several possibly notable entities with these initials. Our article "(cuyahoga county juvenile detention center)" is # 4 on the Ghits. What to do? Bearian (talk) 17:31, 31 March 2010 (UTC)

Comment: the facility at East 22nd Street is a historic building. It's a [http://planning.city.cleveland.oh.us/landmark/listDetail.php?identity=69 Cleveland landmark], and while it's not listed on the National Register of Historic Places, it's [http://blog.cleveland.com/metro/2009/08/cuyahoga_county_juvenile_justi.html considered to be an eligible property]. - Eureka Lott 13:22, 2 April 2010 (UTC)

Keep The article did need a complete rewrite, and I have just done so. I added references and deleted the unsourced and POV stuff. Please take another look. --MelanieN (talk) 15:25, 5 April 2010 (UTC)
