I still do not feel that Gates meets Wikipedia's notability criteria. I searched on Google and Newspapers.com, and encountered mostly articles about his father, with just one [https://www.newspapers.com/clip/3980515/obituary_of_caleb_frank_gates/ decent source]. Not enough for an article. PROD contested by {{u|Claudebone}}, with the edit summary "Not helpful."
