  • Delete - I can't find any significant coverage of this person, as is required to meet WP:BIO. [http://www.motourage.net/2009/12/can-akkaya-just-a-little-motorcycle-story/ This] was the only source I could find discussing him, but it looks to be self published and written by a relation of the subject.
