Withdraw as nom for reasons stated below This is an article on an airline that operated three (3), eight seater aircraft for a six year period in the 1980s. It's sourced entirely to non-RS that consist of things like scans of flight schedules. A WP:BEFORE finds copious references to the better-known Spanish airline of the same name but not this one. Fails WP:NCORP and WP:GNG. Chetsford (talk) 20:44, 1 June 2025 (UTC); edited 18:07, 5 June 2025 (UTC)
- Note: This discussion has been included in the deletion sorting lists for the following topics: Companies, Aviation, and Wyoming. Shellwood (talk) 21:27, 1 June 2025 (UTC)
- Delete: I can only find various airline centennial events, nothing for this particular operator of aircraft.Sources in the article are non-RS. Oaktree b (talk) 22:38, 1 June 2025 (UTC)
- Keep: multiple citations are available in [https://www.newspapers.com/search/results/?keyword=Centennial+Airlines+ newspapers.com]. I don't have full access to post links, but if you do a search there, you will see a few articles from 1981 to 1987. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Hkkingg (talk • contribs) 07:13, 2 June 2025 (UTC)
- Keep and Withdraw as Nom as per Hkkingg. My initial BEFORE on newspapers.com turned up a bunch of hits to the Spanish airline's crash. When I narrowed the search to just Wyoming there's enough here that this (surprisingly) passes NCORP. Chetsford (talk) 16:42, 2 June 2025 (UTC)
- :If the sources are so geographically limited would it meet WP:AUD? Alpha3031 (t • c) 06:15, 7 June 2025 (UTC)
::*It had a few short pieces distributed by wire services that got pick-up outside Wyoming (e.g. here [https://www.newspapers.com/image/1192184754] in the Santa Barbara News-Press)
- Delete Generally, a company needs more sources to demonstrate notability. If someone is able to find more sources to show that the company is notable, please let me know. Gjb0zWxOb (talk) 17:13, 5 June 2025 (UTC)

Relisting comment: Although nom has withdrawn, there are still two outstanding delete !votes, and it might be worth discussing what specific sources contribute to notability
Please add new comments below this notice. Thanks, Eddie891 Talk Work 08:13, 9 June 2025 (UTC)
- Draftify to find sources or redirect to this page: The article currently only has sources for old timetables and one page listing. If more articles exist as is discussed above perhaps it qualifies for its own article, but presently I don't see it. I opt to improve articles where possible rather than delete, so that reflects in my vote! 11WB (talk) 21:44, 9 June 2025 (UTC)
- Keep per WP:NEXIST, appears to have been the only Wyoming-based airline in the 1980s, copious press reporting, some examples: [https://www.newspapers.com/article/casper-star-tribune-centennial-airlines/174684319/ Centennial Airlines spreading its wings], [https://www.newspapers.com/article/rapid-city-journal-airline-purchase-prop/174684351/ Airline purchase proposed], [https://www.newspapers.com/article/the-billings-gazette-airline-acquires-ne/174684370/ Airline acquires new aircraft]. - Keep per Goldsztajn's sources. WP:AUD is met: The first is in the Casper Star-Tribune, which is (according to our article) "Wyoming's largest print newspaper" – this is perfect for AUD, which says {{xt|Significant coverage in media with an international, national, or at least regional audience (e.g., the biggest daily newspaper in any US state) is a strong indication of notability.}}. The other two are an Associated Press wire story printed in a South Dakota newspaper and a piece reported in Montana (by a newspaper with a bureau in Cody, Wyoming).
