My searches (News, Books, browser, Scholar, highbeam and thefreelibrary) all found no good results to suggest possible improvement and the German article also provides no help. The article isn't detailed and more clear about this organization and maybe it's the language and country barriers but I found nothing to suggest keeping. Delete - as per nom. Article is unsourced, and neither a [https://www.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl#q=%22Centre+for+Social+Development+and+Self-Help+Perspective%22&tbm=nws google news search] or a [https://www.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl#q=%22Centre+for+Social+Development+and+Self-Help+Perspective%22 websearch], returned any results to show the notability. Delete - "Zentrum für soziale Entwicklung und Selbsthilfe Perspektive" and Центр "Перспектива" aren't pulling up reliable sources either. This article may require print sources to pass notability requirements. --Djembayz (talk) 17:43, 8 August 2015 (UTC)
