Not notable, no references to independently ascertain notability. Character is a supporting character in this show without and real world notability or recognition. Has references but these are just to episodes to back-up the plot regurgitation. Darkwarriorblake (talk) 12:04, 3 July 2011 (UTC)

Delete: No evidence that the character meets the general notability guideline to deserve a stand-alone article. On top of that, the article only provides a plot-only description of a fictional work and references the content with primary sources and two newspapers that don't address her in detail. As such, I do not believe that the article deserves to be merged and Cerie is a generic name that it is not primarily associated to this fictional character to justify a redirect.
