Appears to fail the biographies guidelines. Being a CEO or a committee member is not of itself notable. The sources available either mention Claro tangentially or only re-state his appointments or position rather than establishing his impact on the historical record. Delete Non-notable. Executive director of a redevelopment agency like tens of thousands of other redevelopment agencies. He "manages a staff of twelve, an operating budget of $1.7 million" - most small businesses are bigger than that. Delete as per WP:BASIC. Although there is one reliable source, the depth of the coverage is not substantial. "Trivial coverage of a subject by secondary sources may not be sufficient to establish notability," according to WP:BASIC. Guoguo12 --Talk-- 00:52, 15 August 2010 (UTC)
