I've made an attempt at verifying the sources. None appear to be online, even though the online archives of some sources stretches back far enough that the articles ought to be available. The lack of publication dates doesn't help, but I should have been able to find something at least. I did find one mention of Charles Ruffolo in [http://www.destentor.nl/zutphen/live-zutphen-draait-door~acb4b214/ de Stentor] a local paper that is cited a number of times. As far as I can tell, Ruffolo's main claim to fame is that he was involved in a visit by Bill Clinton in 2004. Coverage for that was local (De Stentor, Meppeler Courant) and his other major accomplishment was his involvement in bringing Stedman Graham, Oprah Winfrey's husband to Sittard and Buren for series of lectures on "resilience". That earned him a oneliner in [http://www.limburger.nl/cnt/dmf20170621_00042196/man-van-oprah-winfrey-bezoekt-limburg de Limburger].
It's probably worth noting that an article about the NetworKing, as he calls himself has been speedily deleted before: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3ALog&type=&user=&page=Charles+Ruffolo+The+NetworKing&year=&month=-1&tagfilter=&hide_thanks_log=1&hide_patrol_log=1&hide_tag_log=1&hide_review_log=1 and that {{noping|Charles D.A. Ruffolo}} has been blocked as a sock of Jjmonardo. Mduvekot (talk) 11:42, 1 July 2017 (UTC)
- Delete non-notable motivational speaker. Creator of the page made an account just to write this article; it's a stretch to say he's done anything notable. Searches for his name result in nothing. LAroboGuy (talk) 12:12, 1 July 2017 (UTC)

- Delete Non-notable; there a [https://books.google.com/books?id=HAHAMwEACAAJ&dq=%22Charles+D.A+Ruffolo%22&hl=en&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiDlomZ7urUAhVGyGMKHY19AYkQ6AEIKDAA "memoir"] whose description reads like a vanity pub.--Georgia Army Vet Contribs Talk 15:03, 2 July 2017 (UTC)
- Delete, not notable; reads like a press release. Trivial, promo piece. Kierzek (talk) 16:23, 2 July 2017 (UTC)
- Delete a non-notable public speaker and writer. For the record, Graham is not married to Oprah, although he has a deep connection with her, and they were engaged at one point, but "opted for a spiritual union" whatever that meant.John Pack Lambert (talk) 03:16, 5 July 2017 (UTC)
